Our standard production time is 2 weeks. This is how long it takes us to make your custom order โ it doesnโt include shipping.

Please allow a little extra time during peak seasons like Christmas.

Yes! We ship worldwide. If shipping options appear at checkout, we can deliver to you.

๐จ Can I see the artwork before itโs made?
Yes! If you selected โArtwork Previewโ at checkout, weโll email your custom artwork within 2โ3 business days so you can review it. Youโll be able to request changes before we start production.
๐ฌ Be sure to check your inbox (and junk folder) for your preview. ๐ Our team works Monday to Friday, so previews arenโt sent on weekends.

๐ธ Can I return my order or get a refund?
Because every item is made just for you, we donโt accept returns or refunds for change of mind or if you're not happy with the final design.
๐จ Our artists create a stylised version of your photoโnot an exact replica. Itโs meant to be personal, unique, and creatively interpreted.
If you want to see and approve the artwork before we start production, we highly recommend selecting the โArtwork Previewโ option at checkout. This lets you request as many edits as you like before we get started.
โ๏ธ How can I edit my order after it's been placed?
Our artists start working on your design shortly after your order is placed, so weโre not always able to make changes.
If you notice a mistake in your confirmation email, reach out to us ASAP at admin@stitchupapparel.com and weโll do our best to help.
๐ Can I change my size or colour after placing an order?
As each item is made to order, size or colour changes may require a restocking fee.
Let us know ASAP if you need any adjustments!
โ Can I cancel my order after it's placed?
Since every piece is custom-made, weโre unable to accept cancellations or returns.
That said, weโll always do our best to make sure youโre happy with your order. ๐โค๏ธ

While pets are our most popular request, we can turn almost anything into embroidery โ including couple portraits, homes, cars, and more. If youโre not sure, just ask!

The drawing looks just like our dog. It is a bit larger in size so downsize unless you want a snuggly jumper. But itโs perfect quality and looks amazing.
the crewneck is great quality and the stitch product. However the presentation of the shipped package was very poor. It was folded up as small as possible to fit into a small postage bag. If the bag was accidental cut in transit the product would have been damaged.
I would gladly pay extra to have the product shipped in a more presentable way.
I thinking giving options for packaging would allow orders to be presented nicely as a gift type presentation verse just shipping.
The embroidery is so beautifully done. I am so happy with the result! It will be a very well received present
I got this jumper for a friendโs birthday, and they absolutely love it. The jumper feels amazing, really comfortable to wear, and the image of their dog came out perfectly. Could not be happier with it!
Jay was incredible with ensuring that the detail of my pooch was perfect and he sent me a message to review his design and I couldnโt believe how much it looked identical to the photos. Great hoodie, they mailed the emlblem in terms of size, colour, definition and placement. Hoodie itself is comfortable. Shipping was a but slow had to wait about 2 weeks. Also good that there is no minimum order quantity. Will definitely be reordering from these guys.
Amazing heavy hood and the embroidery work on this jumper is 10/10. Canโt recommend these guys enough
