Our standard production time is up to 2 weeks. This is the time it takes us to create your custom item and does not include shipping.
Shipping times (Australia):
- ๐ Express: 1โ3 business days
- ๐ฆ Standard: 4โ6 business days
Please allow extra time during peak periods such as Christmas.
๐จ Will I see the artwork before itโs made?
Yes. Every order includes an artwork preview sent via email before printing or embroidery.
- Weโll email your artwork preview within 2โ3 business days (MondayโFriday)
- You can reply to approve it or request small changes
If we donโt hear back within 3 business days, weโll proceed with the artwork as shown so your order isnโt delayed.

Our artists begin work shortly after your order is submitted, so changes arenโt always possible.

Because each item is made to order, size or colour changes may require a restocking fee.

As all items are custom-made, weโre unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for change of mind.
Our artwork is a stylised interpretation of your photo โ not an exact replica. Each piece is designed to be unique and personal.

The drawing looks just like our dog. It is a bit larger in size so downsize unless you want a snuggly jumper. But itโs perfect quality and looks amazing.
