📦 When will I receive my order?
Our standard production time is up to 2 weeks. This is the time it takes us to create your custom item and does not include shipping.
Shipping times (Australia):
- 🚚 Express: 1–3 business days
- 📦 Standard: 4–6 business days
Please allow extra time during peak periods such as Christmas.
🎨 Will I see the artwork before it’s made?
Yes. Every order includes an artwork preview sent via email before printing or embroidery.
- We’ll email your artwork preview within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
- You can reply to approve it or request small changes
If we don’t hear back within 3 business days, we’ll proceed with the artwork as shown so your order isn’t delayed.

✏️ How can I edit my order after it’s been placed?
Our artists begin work shortly after your order is submitted, so changes aren’t always possible.
If you notice an error in your order details, please contact us as soon as possible at

🔁 Can I change my size or colour after ordering?
Because each item is made to order, size or colour changes may require a restocking fee.
If you need to make a change, contact us ASAP and we’ll advise what’s possible.
❌ Can I cancel my order or get a refund?
As all items are custom-made, we’re unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for change of mind.
Our artwork is a stylised interpretation of your photo — not an exact replica. Each piece is designed to be unique and personal.

The drawing looks just like our dog. It is a bit larger in size so downsize unless you want a snuggly jumper. But it’s perfect quality and looks amazing.
