📦 When will I receive my order?

Our standard production time is 2 weeks. This is how long it takes us to make your custom order – it doesn’t include shipping.

• 🚚 Express shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days

• 📦 Standard shipping (Australia): 4–6 business days

• 🌍 Worldwide shipping: 6–12 business days

Please allow a little extra time during peak seasons like Christmas.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. If shipping options appear at checkout, we can deliver to you.

🛒 How do I place an order?

📩 If you selected “Artwork Preview”, we’ll email your custom design within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

🎨 Can I see the artwork before it’s made?

Yes! If you selected “Artwork Preview” at checkout, we’ll email your custom artwork within 2–3 business days so you can review it. You’ll be able to request changes before we start production.

📬 Be sure to check your inbox (and junk folder) for your preview. 🕐 Our team works Monday to Friday, so previews aren’t sent on weekends.

💡 Please note: This is a digital preview of the artwork only – not a mockup of the final item.

💸 Can I return my order or get a refund?

Because every item is made just for you, we don’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind or if you're not happy with the final design.

🎨 Our artists create a stylised version of your photo—not an exact replica. It’s meant to be personal, unique, and creatively interpreted.

If you want to see and approve the artwork before we start production, we highly recommend selecting the “Artwork Preview” option at checkout. This lets you request as many edits as you like before we get started.

✏️ How can I edit my order after it's been placed?

Our artists start working on your design shortly after your order is placed, so we’re not always able to make changes.

If you notice a mistake in your confirmation email, reach out to us ASAP at admin@stitchupapparel.com and we’ll do our best to help.

🔁 Can I change my size or colour after placing an order?

As each item is made to order, size or colour changes may require a restocking fee.

Let us know ASAP if you need any adjustments!

❌ Can I cancel my order after it's placed?

Since every piece is custom-made, we’re unable to accept cancellations or returns.

That said, we’ll always do our best to make sure you’re happy with your order. 😊❤️

🐾 What can you draw?

While pets are our most popular request, we can turn almost anything into embroidery — including couple portraits, homes, cars, and more. If you’re not sure, just ask!

📏 What sizes do you offer?

We currently stock up to 3XL in most styles. Select colours are available up to 5XL.
