When will I receive my order?

Our production time is usually 1-2 weeks. During peak periods (such as Christmas), it can take up to 3 weeks.

• Express shipping (Australia): 1-3 days
• Standard shipping (Australia): 4-6 days
• Worldwide shipping: 6-12 days

Can I see the design and outline before it's made?

Yes! Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a preview of your artwork by email. If you selected "Outline Approval" at checkout, you can request changes before we begin production.

How can I edit my order after it's been placed?

Our artists and digitizers start working on your order immediately after it’s placed. This means we can’t change images once your order is in our system.

If you notice an error in your order confirmation, please contact us ASAP at admin@stitchupapparel.com so we can assist you.

Can you ship to my country?

Yes! We ship worldwide. If you see shipping options at checkout, we can ship to you.

How do I place an order?

1. Choose your favorite product.
2. Upload your favorite picture & select your size/colour.
3. Place your order and let us do the rest!

📩 If you selected "Outline Approval," we'll email your design preview within 48 hours for approval.

What can you draw?

While pets are our most popular request, we can outline almost anything—whether it’s your furry mate, a car, a house, or even your favorite sneakers!

What sizes do you offer?

We currently offer sizes up to 3XL in sweatshirts, hoodies, and T-shirts. Some colours are available in 5XL.

Our sweatshirts and hoodies are made from:

• 👕 Slightly oversized fit for extra comfort

Can I cancel my order after it's placed?

Since all orders are custom-made, we do not accept cancellations or returns.

However, we’ll do everything we can to ensure you're happy with your order! 😊❤️

Can I change my size or colour after placing an order?

Because each item is made to order to reduce environmental impact, size or colour changes will require a restocking fee.
